    What You'll Be Doing:
    Managing catalog and custom sourcing projects
    Researching new product ideas and establishing product specs
    Conducting routine product reviews and training sessions
    Assisting with major bids and projects
    Managing supplier performance and product portfolio

    About You:
    Be able to do the job as described
    Experience in project management and/or sourcing
    Knowledge of the cosmetic/beauty industry
    Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills
    Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
