Description

API is seeking a full-time Sourcing Specialist to manage the hotel and ground transportation procurement process and produce high-quality destination presentations for our clients.

Sourcing Specialist Duties:

Source and collect hotel data in key destinations
Manage the Request for Proposal process
Secure and negotiate rates, services and amenities with hotels and ground transportation suppliers
Analyze market trends
Produce high quality and details destination presentations
Manage crewmember feedback

Sourcing Specialist Competencies:

Fluent in English
Detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and integrative negotiation skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with diverse cultures
Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
Hotel experience preferred

Compensation

Good faith hourly rate for this position is $19.50.

Other Duties

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
