- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to assist by sourcing for current and future hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to source candidates from different channels, including online databases, professional networks, and industry events based on specific criteria and job requirements.
- Reach out to candidates proactively through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to establish a connection and create interest in career opportunities with our organization.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of talent into the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and recommendations to optimize the candidate sourcing process.
- Measuring and reporting on sourcing metrics
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to assist in sourcing open and hard-to-fill roles.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and education
- Minimum of two years of sourcing experience.
- Previous experience using ATS systems or other recruitment software.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to project and prioritize effectively.
