    Roles & Responsibilities:


    The ideal applicant would have a doctorate level degree (PhD, MD, or MD/PhD) in clinical informatics, data science, or bioinformatics.

    However, a non-biological background with strong training in another area of data science, particularly statistics, epidemiology, computer science, physics, or mathematics may be appropriate.

    All candidates should have strong publication track record and experience with Electronic Health Records research. Experience with Common Data Models, such as OMOP CDM from OHDSI, is an advantage.

    Compensation


    The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.

    The salary range for the role is $ $60788 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.

    The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
