We offer IT experts nationwide IT jobs and advise companies from various industries on HR ads in the social media sector.

Currently, we are looking for a First Level Support (m/f/d) Junior for our exciting project.

Your projects:

#Handling of disruptions via telephone, email or ticket system

#Documentation of inquiries and disruptions in the ticket tool

#Administration of Windows 10 devices and Active Directory user management

#Execution of standard support processes (e.g. password reset, access permissions)

Your profile:

#Fluent in German and English

#Professional experience within the last 3 years

#Experience working with a ticket tool (e.g. Managed Engine, ServiceNow, Jira)

#Solid knowledge in the administration of Windows 10 devices

#Good knowledge of client hardware (laptop, desktop, hybrid, printer)
