We are currently looking for a
VW Service Assistant (m/f/d), Bamberg, Bayreuth to join our service department.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the communicative center of the dealership and the first point of contact for our customers
  • Providing outstanding service quality and customer satisfaction as the guiding principles of your daily work
  • Representing our dealership with your voice and face
  • Supporting our service team with organizational and administrative tasks

Your qualifications:


  • You have a commercial education
  • You enjoy daily interactions with a variety of people
  • You have a friendly demeanor, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
  • You take pleasure in contributing to the success of the dealership together with your colleagues
