At our Oberrot location, Binderholz Oberrot | Baruth GmbH operates modern production facilities with around 530 employees, producing sawn timber, profiled timber, planed goods, solid wood panels, pressed wood pallets and blocks, as well as a high-performance biomass power plant.


Your responsibilities:
Assisting with all measures in the human resources department for recruitment, employee support, and workforce planning | Creating internal and external job postings | Assisting with payroll, time management, and administration | Assisting with updating HR processes | Supporting colleagues in daily operations


Your profile:
Availability for 3-6 months | Ongoing studies in management and human resources | Independent, organized, and conscientious work ethic | Proficient in MS Office programs | Knowledge of labor law and controlling is an advantage
