As a member of our team, you will assist and promote the independence of our adult residents in their daily lives.

Whether it's organizing leisure activities, participating in household tasks and errands, or strengthening their social connections and behaviors, you will be one of their most important points of contact.


Your new responsibilities:

You will experience a good balance of variety and routine with us. If something doesn't go as planned, we support each other, as we do throughout the
DOREA family. The most important thing is that the quality of our work is maintained.

  • You will care for and support adults with mental health and disability needs.
  • You will ensure their development and support in accordance with the Federal Participation Act (BTHG).
  • You will be jointly responsible for organizing daily group activities and documentation.
  • You will collaborate with external partners.
  • You will provide assistance and support in daily tasks according to individual needs in group service.
