    JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is adaptive, outgoing, and a hardworking leader. This position requires the ability to deliver high-quality customer service to all that enter our office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Welcomes residents and prospects by standing up and greeting them and warmly and offering a beverage.
    • Answers phones, transfers calls, answers questions and refers inquiries to other team members.
    • Oversees the front desk to ensure all necessary tasks are completed and excellent customer service is given to all residents and visitors.
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Uses MS Word and Outlook effectively to create documents, send emails, and maintain calendar appointments
    • Assists with resident move-ins, processes move-outs, and maintains office calendar.
    • Order supplies for the office.
    • Assists with filing and maintains the filing system.
    • Supports office operations.
    • Plans and assists with monthly Employee Meetings.
    • Any and all tasks as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school graduate
    • Ability to use MS Word and Outlook accurately and effectively
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Real Estate office experience is preferred, but not required
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lb
    • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week (including weekends)
