- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments to evaluate medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
- Current CPR Certification.
- Competitive pay rates ranging from $70 to $90 per visit.
