- Work closely with Sales Reps assigned to accounts within specific region.
- Follow up on all aspects of account management, to ensure orders, returns and all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts with special procedures i.e. major accounts, incentive/catalog accounts and large independent accounts.
- Process Wholesale Account orders received electronically or manually entered by following through on the order fulfillment process.
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints or discrepancies on orders/returns/billing.
- Processing returns requests, using guidelines of department.
- Handle inbound /outbound calls from Wholesale Accounts and assigned Sales Reps
- Interact with Credit Dept, Distribution Center, Sourcing, Marketing, Management
- Set up / maintain new accounts in Order Management Administration system.
- Update changes to account details as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, to assist in resolution of chargebacks from accounts.
- Cross train to support other Customer Care Specialists
- College degree preferred
- Wholesale experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excel a must.
- Good follow-up and follow-through techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks well with interruptions a must.
- Strong attention to detail is critical.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills required.
- Good listening skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
