    Overview


    As a Business Development Manager at InvestBev, you will use our vast network of current clients and unequaled data sources of potential clients, primarily utilizing phone, email, and social media.

    You will draw upon your personal experience managing business opportunities and workflow using a CRM system. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and enjoy setting and beating quotas.

    Additionally, you will regularly network and collaborate with industry professionals, working as a member of a team whose growth has been achieved through collaborative strategies and individual achievements.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients for Algoma Capital and BevStrat Sales, leveraging our network and data sources to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

    Utilize a CRM system to manage business opportunities and workflow efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions.

    Set and achieve sales quotas, demonstrating a goal-oriented approach and a drive to succeed.
    Network and collaborate with industry professionals, building relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.
    Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
    Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress and achievements.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the beverage industry.
    Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
    Experience using CRM systems to manage business opportunities and workflow effectively.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    InvestBev Sales - Unlock Lucrative Opportunities:


    Earn an enticing 5% commission on the first year's engagement REV from clients you bring in after a brief 3-month probation engagement period.

    Imagine earning $2,250 for just one successful deal Brands must stay for a minimum of 12 months to ensure your commission stays steady and rewarding.

    No Cap

    InvestBev Insurance - Profit from Protection:

    Seize the opportunity to earn 2% per barrel per month right from day one of coverage. The delta between our cost and what we charge. Your commission keeps growing as long as our clients trust us with their insurance needs. Paid once at signing of a 1 year contract. No Cap

    InvestBev Back Office - Partner in Success:

    Enjoy a generous $500 one-time payment per client upon contract signing, renewing yearly to keep your earnings flowing seamlessly. Client must stay 12 months to receive payment

    InvestBev Accelerator - Catalyze Growth:

    Accelerate your earnings with $250 per brand signed for our future accelerators (pre selling out next cohort). With 2-3 cohorts running annually, your potential for growth knows no bounds. Picture earning $3,500 from a single cohort—imagine the possibilities
