    Description
    Excel Engineering, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented, highly motivated individual for a full-time Electric Utility Data Program Manager. This is for our power utility client in Minneapolis, MN.


    The role is responsible for assisting with data and indirect programs in addition to assessment programs; energy efficiency programs moving into demand management and renewables.

    The focus is on several of energy efficiency programs in Minnesota and Colorado focusing primarily on data-driven programs. Several types of programs are offered that are referred to as study programs.

    The Client goes out to customer sites, reviews their operating procedures, their equipment, and makes recommendations at that point for energy-efficient upgrades.


    This team is moving into a different type of organizational structure that will allow this resource to work on several different projects with different tasks associated with each program verses owning just one program.

    This offers a broader horizon in the scope of work.

    Requirements


    • Work on two data programs that provide data to building owners at a building level as well as data to city stakeholders at a city block, city, and county level.
    • Work on in-year delivery to achieve regulatory goals in Colorado and Minnesota.
