- Proven leadership experience in the sports industry
- Background in Cycling, Tennis, Water Sports, or Fitness
- Previous season with Mark Warner or a similar company is a plus
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Enhanced DBS check
- UK/EU passport holder
- UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number and UK/EU bank account
- Lead and represent the activity departments at the resort
- Ensure departments meet quality standards
- Solicit feedback from staff and guests to keep programs updated
- Oversee maintenance and equipment of departments
- Assist with staff scheduling for a full guest program
- Maintain a smart, tidy, and professional resort appearance
- Assess and manage risks throughout the resort
- Submit weekly reports
- Help arrange safety briefings for guests
- Participate in welcome and end-of-week presentations
- Support general resort operations and other departments

Reports to: Hotel and Operations Manager
If you're all about managing activities and exploring new places, this role is for you! Mark Warner is seeking an Activities Manager to join our team at one of our fabulous Mediterranean resorts.
As the Activities Manager, your main gig is to oversee and organize all activities to guarantee top-notch safety, service, and coaching quality. Your leadership and communication skills will be key in motivating the team to excel. You'll also help them grow in skills and confidence to provide outstanding service to our guests. With your solid management background in sports, you'll bring valuable expertise to the crew.
