    Hours of Work :40Days Of Week :MONDAY-FRIDAYWork Shift :Job Description :EducationHigh School Diploma requiredRelated Work Experience and Other SkillsRequirements:At least three years related experienceProficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelEffective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environmentMust demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyWorkday experience is a plusJob RolesTALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATORConduct and coordinate pre-boarding and on-boarding activitiesManage confidential documentsEnsure pre-boarding an on-boarding practices are in compliance with state and federal regulationsManages appropriate pre-boarding and on-boarding communicationsEnsure newly hired employees have submitted all required documents prior to being cleared to startSupport the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals of the organizationReview and recommend process improvements to ensure the pre-boarding and on-boarding process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of the businessEngage in recruiting activities as directed by the Talent Acquisition DirectorCoordinate and assist with various TA projects and hiring eventsEnsuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all timesPrioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlinesProviding reports on pre-boarding and onboarding activitiesMaintain up to date documentation for new employee onboarding with a focus on complianceOther duties as assigned#LI-AP1#LI-AP1Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.

    In addition to the new 40,000-square-foot expansion of the emergency department, we offer a newly renovated intensive care unit, labor and delivery unit, and interventional radiology suite; a Level III Trauma Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Dr.

    Stephen and Marilyn Mansfield Oncology Unit.
