    Description

    Job Title: Senior Sales Executive at Natixis

    Job Description: As a Senior Sales Executive at Natixis, you will be leading the strategic commercial efforts for the financing platform in the Americas. Your responsibilities will include client tiering and acquisitions, deal origination, pre/post trade relationship management, and facilitating the on-boarding/ due diligence process.

    You will play a key role in originating and executing collateralized financing transactions across various asset classes and formats for clients such as banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and hedge funds.

    • Identifying and executing transactions tailored to clients' financing/liquidity needs
    • Offering a range of securities financing solutions to address client requirements
    • Mentoring coverage bankers and markets sales teams on product offerings
    • Collaborating with client management teams to maximize client relationships
    • Contributing to business development efforts in the global markets sector
    • Working with regional teams to expand presence and client base
    • Enhancing commercial controls and strategies

    Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000. Natixis is committed to providing competitive compensation packages based on relevant experience, skills, and certifications. In addition to a base salary, Natixis offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential incentive awards based on performance.

    Requirements:
    - In-depth knowledge of Global markets financing landscape
    - Minimum 15 years of Sales experience
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred
    - SIE, Series 7 and 63 certifications
