    Position Summary:


    This role is responsible for the oversight, tracking and monitoring of theday-to-day activities of the district's Fixed Assets team, systems, process controls andreporting of the district's fixed assets, which represents approximately $127 million.

    Ensuresthe fixed assets board policies are implemented and followed across the district by continuousreview and creation of reporting to be shared with district stakeholders.

    This role is responsiblefor monitoring all external compliance requirements from Federal and State regulations toidentify any gaps in district processes and proposing policy and regulatory modifications whenappropriate.

    Prepares the district's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report's financialstatements, notes to financials, and statistical data.

    Supports the annual independent audits and implementation of any modifications to financial reporting practices that result from required reporting standards or audit recommendations.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration

    Experience:

    • Five (5) years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience in asset
    management, financial/analytical accounting field


    • Experience with preparation of governmental financial reporting

    Other:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
