    Prologis is seeking a Director, Financial Reporting in our Denver,Colorado office.
    Do you want to hold a highly visible leadership role in financial reportingfor an S&P 500 company?

    Our SEC reporting team oversees the external reporting (Forms 10-K,10-Q, 8-K and 11-K) for Prologis, a large multi-billion dollar globalReal Estate Investment Trust listed on the S&P 500.

    We present the financialresults and operating metrics of our global business to external users such asinvestors, banks and our peers through our filings.

    As the Director,Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the reporting ofglobal derivative financial instruments and foreign currency, developing keySOX controls under the final SEC climate ruling, overseeing the U.S.

    SOXprogram and owning external and internal financial information included in thesupplemental and Form 10-K and 10-Q reporting. This role will also be involvedin accounting research and process innovation for SEC reporting.

    You will begiven the opportunity to interact with various global internal and externalteams and own multiple assignments and projects in a complex and fast-pacedenvshould have a strong background in SEC reporting, demonstrated leadershipability, superior analytical and decision-making skills and a team-playermindset.


    Key responsibilities include:
    Lead the reporting of global derivative financial instruments working inpartnership with third-party service provider and global accounting regions(Asia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, Mexico)
    Evaluate and conclude on potential and executed derivative transactions andrelated U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting impacts with treasury, globalaccounting teams, third-party service provider and external auditors
    Monitor and evaluate global net equity on a fair value and book basis
    Manage the monthly and quarterly preparation and analysis of global foreigncurrency and derivatives, while reviewing the work of a manager and senior
    Develop SOX controls for new ESG reporting processes under the final SECclimate ruling working in tandem with ESG, internal audit and globalaccounting team members
    Oversee the U.S. SOX controls program, reviewing controls test workprepared by seniors and accountants
    Prepare and review financial information for reporting in the supplementaland Form 10-K and 10-Q
    Perform research on proposed accounting and disclosure requirements anddraft SEC reporting memos
    Lead process innovation for SEC reporting, including but not limited to,the review of current processes, development or automation of new processesand successful implementation with others
    Prepare and review other SEC filings such as pro forma financial statementsin registration statements, debt and equity offerings or other publicfilings as needed
    Support the external auditors during audits and interim reviews, includingthe coordination of requests and the flow of information and documentation
    Maintain, update and improve financial reporting deliverables inPeopleSoft, SIGMA, nVision and Excel
    Other duties and special projects as assigned
    Building blocks for success

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, seven to nine years of publicaccounting experience or SEC reporting experience (minimum five years ofpublic accounting)
    CPA license required
    Extensive working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, IFRS a plus
    Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and reportingdeadlines under pressure and produce a quality work product
    Proven leadership skills with a desire to develop team members
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively acrossmultiple functional and business groups (oral and written)
    Demonstrated robust analytical, process improvement, organizational andproblem-solving skills
    High level of detail orientation and accuracy
    Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel and a working knowledge of generalledger systems and reporting tools preferred

    Hiring Salary Range of:
    $148,000-$180,000. Salary and wholecompensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the
