    Description

    A national leader in the Health Care industry is looking for an Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This company has been recognized by international publications and organizations as a leader in their field. They are driven to inspire and are continually improving their offerings, as well as their authentic human connections.

    As a company that prioritizes innovation and constant improvement, they are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter to join their Accounts Payable team. The ideal Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist will be able to grow individually while helping the company with a process improvement project.

    Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Process a high volume of invoices each week
    • Resolving invoice discrepancies and verify proper approval authorization
    • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
    • Insuring credit is received for outstanding credit memos
    • Review, approve and process T&E transactions
    • Correspond with vendors and respond to requests
    Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
    • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
    • Experience working in a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Concur, etc.
    • Experience processing via a 3-way match system
    • Ability to multi-task
