- Primary contact on incoming phone calls
- Answers customer questions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Process policy changes for clients
- Update client information as it is needed
- Obtains/secures all "Trailing Documents" from clients
- Contacts renewals to discuss rates, coverage and discounts
- Follows up on all inspections and resolves rejections
- Coordinates claims for clients
- Coordinates client onboarding process using our agency contact system
- Maintaining consistent high customer satisfaction
- Proficient in general office duties
- Property and Casualty license.
- 1-2 years minimum experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to except rejection and stay calm under pressure
- Valid driver license with good driving record
