- 1.0 FTE position, weekdays
- This provider will work autonomously and collaboratively with our palliative care multi-disciplinary team primarily at our Community Hospital North campus to deliver palliative and health care services to patients.
- Focus on the comfort measures of patients, end of life care, symptom management, as well as assisting with consults and new admissions.
- Flexibility to travel between hospitals in Indianapolis

- Possess 1-3 years' Experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care
- Be comfortable assessing patients independently
- Be compassionate caregivers with excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Possess highly developed interpersonal and group dynamic skills, as well as proven skills as a consultant/educator to friends, families, and loved ones
