JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Shift Manager at Culver's, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest leaves happy and satisfied with the highest quality products and service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Efficiently run shifts to maintain Culver's standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
Oversee product quality control, presentation, and hold times.
Adjust daily deployment sheet to optimize team efficiency and control labor costs.
Coordinate restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and coach team on safety practices.
Train and empower team members on various roles.
Ensure team is knowledgeable about products and services.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper inventory rotation.
Monitor cleanliness, hospitality, and overall restaurant appearance.
Adhere to all food safety and restaurant policies.
Provide team members with necessary breaks according to regulations.
Complete financial reports, cash counting, and deposits.
Conduct daily restaurant tours and monitor POS reports.
Ensure team follows proper hygiene and safety practices.
Demonstrate positive leadership and effective role modeling.
Attend manager and team meetings.
Follow restaurant procedures consistently.
Supervise product waste documenting and cash counting procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: College degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience. Certified in a national food safety program.
EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated leadership skills and proficiency in all areas of restaurant operations.
CHARACTERISTICS: Strong organizational and communication skills, positive attitude, and management-oriented.
COMPENSATION: Salary based on qualifications and market standards.
