    Position Title: Customer Service Representative
    Location:Remote

    Expected Duration: 06+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility to Extension.

    Job Description:

    • The Remote Customer Care Agents will support the client.
    • They will specifically support the users who utilize the Financial Banking Cards.
    • In slower times, they will be able to support other areas of the business.
    • This will only be handling inbound calls.

    Responsibilities:

    • Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
    • Answers questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries.
    • Provides requested information.
    • Maintain updated records and logs.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Education/Skills/Experience Requirements

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.
    • Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software.
    • Must pass PC Knowledge Test.
    • Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions.
    • Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality.

    Training:
    1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings, followed by a couple weeks of being on the phone, then another week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training.
