    Position Overview: Currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. This role requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the HVAC service team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively.
    • Diagnostics and resolution of complex residential HVAC system issues.
    • Clear communication of service options and recommendations to customers.
    • Effective inventory management for parts and equipment availability.
    • Training and guidance for service technicians in HVAC technology and customer service.
    • Adherence to safety standards and company policies.
    • Develop strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Swiftly address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues.
    • Collaborate with different departments for seamless service delivery.
    • Budget management for the service department.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership position.
    • In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in inventory management.
    • Strong diagnostic and problems-solving skills.
    • Skill in presenting service options to customers effectively.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
    • Familiarity with HVAC industry safety standards and regulations.
    • Ability to multitask in a dynamic work setting.
    • Relevant HVAC certifications, such as EPA certification.
