    Are you a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and transportation? If so, we are looking for an experienced Transportation and Logistics Manager to join our team.

    This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a seasoned professional who can oversee our transportation and logistics operations.

    They will also be at the forefront of ensuring that our operations comply with all the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards.

    As a Transportation and Logistics Manager, you will:

    Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

    Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
    Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
    Manage relationships with transportation and logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that arise.
    Implement and oversee safety programs, conducting regular safety audits and training staff on safety protocols.
    Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    Develop and manage budgets, providing regular reports to senior management.
    A minimum of 3+ years of experience in transportation and logistics management.
    Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and large teams.
    Proficient in using logistics and transportation management software.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
