JOB SUMMARY


The Supply Chain Logistics Manager is a member of the Restaurant Support Center (RSC) field support team and supports key organizational growth and cost initiatives.

The Supply Chain Logistics Manager optimizes inbound operations providing key product placement for multiple brands.

Responsibilities include logistics strategy development, service partner performance, cost containment, technology and process improvement, and field support, all aiding our organizations' growth opportunities.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities:


  • Works with collaborative teams oriented towards logistics efficiency and field support
  • Manages service partners that fuel innovation and cost management
  • Builds logistics strategies that enhance growth and distribution performance
  • Develops strong field relations that empower store operations
  • Designs process improvement that enables modernization
  • Responsible for working in the Tampa, FL based Restaurant Support Center.
  • Performs other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field

Work Experience

  • 7 years Logistics Experience Preferred
Skills & Competencies

Posesses a strong ability to develop logistics strategies that maximize customer service goals at the right price and availability.

Supports team members by effectively facilitating the exchange of resources and knowledge to successfully execute shared responsibilities and goals.

Strong track record creating and maintaining key partnerships.

Advanced ability to demonstrate both ambition and ability to work digitally.

Advanced ability to understand and is comfortable using technology systems and tools.

Technology

Proficienct in industry standard logistics tools
