    Description

    Duties:
    This role will be remote and candidates need to be sourced from the CST time zone.
    Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet and private working environment.

    Candidates need a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment they will be using - WiFi will not suffice.

    No absences/time off will be approved during the training period and any candidates that have pre-planned time off during May/June should not be submitted.

    Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity. Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network. Provides high quality service to health care professionals. Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns. Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues. Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.

    Education:
    High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent

    Languages:
    English( Speak, Read, Write )

    Skills:

    INBOUND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE - 1-2 years - PREFERREDExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.

    Ability to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.

    Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems.
    Ability to work in a goal orientated environment.

    Ability to meet high standards for attendance.1+ year of Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center experience1+ year of Customer Service ExperiencePrior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment.

    Basic healthcare terminology.
    Experience in a virtual working environment.

    Intermediate PC Skills requiredAbility to receive information from dental/medical terms and communicate it to others in a clear mannerPrevious production experience is a plusAbility to use multiple systems on a computerThis role will be remote and candidates need to be sourced from the CST time zone.

    Schedule Notes: 100% Remote Positions, Candidates need to be located in CST time zone; Training 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (about 8 weeks); Schedule will be 9:30am - 6:00pm CST; No time off requests during training; Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet and private working environment.
