Technical System Planner for Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Sanitary Systems (m/f/d)

for our location in Cologne

In our team, you will take on the following tasks:

Creation of norm-compliant CAD plans for new construction and renovation projects with a focus on heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, as well as collision checks
Preparation of purchase orders, material lists, measurements, and revision documents
Drawing organization and management
Execution and coordination of data exchange with external planning offices, as well as reviewing and potentially adjusting their drawing files
Development of construction solutions in accordance with applicable norms and regulations in the HVAC sector
Optimization of 3D construction drawings for production and practical implementation on the construction site

What competencies you should bring:

Completed vocational training as a Technical System Planner (m/f/d) with a focus on heating, ventilation, or sanitary systems
Knowledge of AutoCAD & C.A.T.S or similar programs
Knowledge and experience in handling and applying technical norms and regulations
Good MS Office skills
Independent and structured way of working
Reliable, flexible, and dedicated
Good German language skills (spoken and written)
Class B driver's license
