Your Profile

Successfully completed commercial training; preferably with specific qualifications or further education (e.g. personnel specialist (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in the field of personnel management / human resources
Knowledge of labor and social security law
High service orientation
Communication skills and sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge of German

Your Tasks

Independent processing of administrative personnel tasks (from contract creation to offboarding)
Advising employees and managers on all personnelrelated matters
Responsibility for maintaining employee master data
Close cooperation with other departments such as payroll, retail management, and recruiting, as well as with authorities, offices, institutions, funds, and insurance companies
Creating employment contracts, agreements, certificates, and employment references
