    Description
    HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Bilingual Sales Specialist in the Phoenix, AZ area. The candidate will be working with Sales Manager on any sales-admin/customer service tasks assigned.

    Position: Bilingual Sales Specialist
    Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire
    Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
    Pay: $23-$25/rh
    Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

    Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales Manager and become the POC for clients
  • Able to translate & communicate for the Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate with Procurements or Logistics team directly to ensure customer satisfactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both languages, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct bilingual product presentations, bridging cultural gaps for clients.
  • Navigate negotiations and close sales across language barriers.
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
  • Provide sales operations and administrative support.
    Requirement:
  • 1+years of sales or translating experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales through persuasive bilingual communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge in both languages.
  • Contribute to the development of bilingual sales materials for broader outreach.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
