Logistics Export Clerk

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing and dispatching of national and international shipping orders
  • Ensuring smooth flow of goods while considering customs regulations
  • Preparation of all shipping, freight and customs documents, certificates of origin, and monitoring of export certificates
  • Selection of appropriate customs procedures for exports
  • Contact person for various carriers in domestic and foreign markets
  • Handling of correspondence in German and English
  • Maintenance of customer and article master data in our ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
  • General office tasks to support purchasing clerks
  • Processing and archiving of longterm supplier declarations

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training or degree
  • Good computer skills in office management (MS Office, MS
