Then you've come to the right place We are currently looking for a Front Office Night Auditor (m/f/d) to join our team at Innside by Meliá - the lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Leipzig, across from the famous Thomaskirche.

WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

As a Night Auditor (m/f/d), you will be part of our young and dynamic Front Office team, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process and providing excellent service to our guests during their stay.

Depending on your experience and preferences, we offer opportunities for both entry-level and experienced reception professionals in a full-time position.

You will work in a modern environment, always on an equal footing and with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and suggestions.

As the first point of contact and last impression for our guests, you will provide information, make recommendations, and handle phone calls, room and table reservations for our guests.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A hospitable attitude
Strong communication skills
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office programs, ideally with knowledge of the hotel software PMS Opera
Organizational skills
Good manners and a wellgroomed appearance
Flexibility and team spirit
For the Night Auditor position, independent work and a high level of responsibility are also necessary.
