We are currently seeking a telephone customer service representative (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Hamburg, Germany.

Your responsibilities:

Providing telephone consultation and support to customers and prospects regarding statutory health insurance and dental insurance
Processing customer inquiries and applications
Acting as a liaison between customers and health insurance providers
Recording and maintaining customer data

Your profile:

Commercial education (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or open to career changers
Previous experience in customer service
Enjoy working with customers
Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
