    We are a provider of moving and storage solutions, dedicated to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We strive to make every move smooth and stress-free for our clients.

    We are looking for a versatile individual to support our customer service and operations. This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, moving & storage, or logistics. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Provide service information, pricing, and scheduling details.
    • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
    • Assist with job confirmations and scheduling.
    • Help dispatch crews, optimize routes, and monitor job progress.
    • Support inventory management and ensure proper item storage.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
    • Experience in moving & storage, dispatching, or scheduling is a plus.
    • Ability to drive a box truck and forklift is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with computer systems for scheduling and dispatching.

    Additional Information:

    • 1099 Position. $15 per hour. Opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
    • Flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
    • Reliable transportation to commute daily to Houston, TX 77045.
    • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
