Job Title:
Customer Support & Executive Assistant
Location:
Houston Office (In-person)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Management (25%): Handle incoming customer inquiries for our software-as-a-service solutions within the healthcare industry. The role requires proficiency in various online tools, exceptional attention to detail, superior customer service skills, and the ability to grasp complex systems.

Telecommunications Coordination (25%): Manage the planning, placing, and follow-up of telecommunication number porting requests. Work closely with providers, technicians, and project managers to coordinate and ensure timely execution and delivery. This task requires patience, persistence, and excellent planning skills.

Inventory Oversight (10%): Oversee the receipt, tracking, and documentation of incoming electronic equipment inventory. This requires strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring accurate and efficient management of resources.

Executive Support (40%): Assist the business owner with various office management activities. This involves a proactive approach, willingness to learn new tasks, and self-motivation to take on multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong capability with online tools and systems, particularly those used in customer service and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, cando attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
