- Manage the debt collection process from start to finish, including contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt collection activities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing debt collection
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in training and development activities to improve debt collection skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in debt collection or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal debt collection laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hourly + Commission (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
- Commission is uncapped The opportunity to make a lot of $$$ here is endless
- Pay: $55, $250,000.00 per year
