Job Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Debt Specialist to join our team.

As a Debt Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Duties:

• Contact individuals who need to consolidate debts to a low more affordable payment.
• Review and analyze accountson credit reports to identify delinquent accounts
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Utilize CRM software to track and update debt lead activities
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with debtrelated inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex debt issues
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal requirements regarding debt collection practices
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in debt management

Skills:

• Strong telemarketing skills to effectively communicate with debtors
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, debits, credits, and account analysis
• Experience in medical collection or revenue cycle management is a plus
• Ability to negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data accurately

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, commission based w/ monthly draw. W2


Pay:
$80, $117,742.00 per year


Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• Office
