- Day to day responsibility for hedging the MSR asset
- Develop, propose, and execute hedging and trading strategies
- Oversee MSR trade analysis and optimization
- Track and report on the MSR hedge effectiveness
- Review internal model updates and third party valuations
- Coordinate with internal constituencies such as analytics, contract finance, technology risk, and credit administration on matters relating to the MSR
- Coordinate and carry out ad-hoc analysis and research requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, math, and critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with VBA and/or SQL is a plus
- CFA or MBA is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $226, $279,000.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
