    Corporate Tax Manager

    New York, NY

    Our client is a large, international tech corporation that is hiring for a Corporate Tax Manager in Manhattan. The company is highly successful and stable and in need of a talented tax professional to add value to the organization. You will report to the Head of Tax and be involved in domestic and international tax planning and reporting for the corporation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, stable company that will allow you to grow and develop while also gaining c-level exposure within a global business. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary in the range of $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, an excellent benefit package. They are in the office 3 days a week and you get to pick the days you want.

    Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Tax include:

    • In-house preparation of corporate tax filings; income, sales/use, VAT
    • Assess quarterly tax provision as well as transfer pricing calculations, financial statement disclosures
    • Partner with the Head of Tax on strategy and areas for improvement
    • Work closely with outside tax firm on their review of filings
    • Stay on top of any new pronouncements and adjust procedures accordingly

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Masters in Tax preferable
    • Five or more years of tax accounting experience, Big 4 experience highly preferred
    • Experience in tax reporting for a public corporation/client is required
    • CPA highly preferred
