- Prepare program documents and space plans through client interactions.
- Create design narratives, manage furniture and finish selections, and develop construction plans.
- Supervise construction processes, handle client needs, and coordinate with teams and external partners.
- Identify new business prospects, lead teams of different sizes, and juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Engage in several project teams concurrently, ensuring a good grasp of budget and timeline requirements.
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial interior design roles.
- Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is desirable.
- Solid understanding of design processes, including FF&E, furniture systems, and specifications, with exceptional visual presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages, communicate design concepts effectively, and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline, with familiarity in local regulations and permitting standards.
