    Description

    An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Interior Designer to join a highly talented team and work across high end design projects across various scales. The studio excels in client connection, meticulous attention to detail, and creative critical thinking to deliver quality projects. With a thriving project pipeline, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead and collaborate with the design team to deliver interior projects at all stages.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, negotiating and consulting with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
    • Formulate strategies to align with the studios design vision.
    • Manage and contribute to project deliverables, timelines and budgets.
    • Mentor junior designers
    • Advanced understanding of all things FF&E: custom furnishings, lighting fabrication, drapery/soft goods, carpet qualities and installation methods.
    • In-depth knowledge sourcing from vintage and contemporary high-end galleries and industry trades.

    Skills and experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
    • Ideally around 8-10 years experience, with the bulk being high-end Residential Interior Design
    • Proven experience leading design teams in a senior position
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Studio Designer
