- Grasp the customer's issue deeply.
- Team up with various departments such as product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure we tackle the customer's problems effectively.
- Employ customer feedback and data analytics to guide design choices and refine existing designs.
- Perform user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups utilizing Figma.
- Create transparent, delightful interfaces that assist customers in accomplishing their objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and rival products to guarantee that our designs are at the forefront and impactful.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the company's design language and brand.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for ongoing design requirements.
- At least 5 years of involvement in B2B enterprise software product design, supported by a compelling portfolio.
- Knowledge in the Observability domain and related markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design software.
- Proficiency in user analytics platforms.
- Prior exposure to startups is a benefit.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for explaining design choices and championing for the user.
