    Senior Brand Designer

    Location: Fully remote (US - California preferred) with occasional business travel

    Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000

    About the Role

    Reporting directly to ITJ's Head of Commercial Marketing, you will join an energetic and dynamic team that fosters individual vision and creativity balanced with team collaboration. This position requires someone with a strong ownership mindset, portfolio of ideas, and a seasoned perspective. Being self-driven and capable of producing with little management supervision. You are empowered to bring your voice and actions. If you are passionate about curating a brand strategy and then operationalizing it, this opportunity is for you

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Brand Strategy and Identity Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive visual brand strategies (look & feel) that align with ITJ's company and commercial objectives. Continuously refine and enhance our brand identity to ensure consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
    2. Graphic Design Conceptualize and create compelling visual assets including but not limited to website, sales & marketing collateral, digital and print advertisements, infographics, and more. Maintain a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics while adhering to brand guidelines which you will redefine.
    3. Video Editing Direct external video production teams and edit high-quality video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and post-production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging video campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
    4. Creative Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to translate business objectives and customer pain points into visually impactful designs and multimedia content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and drive innovative ideas to elevate our brand presence and storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate has the ability to give seasoned advice, while being open to team and data-driven customer feedback. ITJ is a data-first marketing team who love to test creativity in the market to get closer to what resonates with customers, prospects and partners.
    5. AI Implementation The team currently embraces AI across multiple fronts to help us drive impact with given resources. Within this role, expect to guide how to best integrate AI into the graphic and video content production efforts leveraging AI design best practices. Additionally the role will require a keen eye to ensure brand consistency as the company scales.

    Job Expectations

    First 2 Weeks

    • Meet the teams, including executives, marketing, sales, engineering and more.
    • Learn customer pain points being solved, what makes ITJ unique, and uniquely positioned in the market.
    • Redefine ITJ's visual brand identity, image library, and modebook.
    • Rewrite our brand guideline and set an elevated standard for our brand.

    Within 45 Days

    • Work with the Head of Commercial Marketing, the Account Based Marketing Manager, external Copywriter, Sales and an external wordpress developer agency to completely re-envision our website. You are going to be the leader, project owner from a visual perspective with the freedom to showcase your brand design acumen.

    Afterwards & Ongoing

    After you redefine the visual brand identity and help lead the website relaunch, focus will be to review all graphic and video content and elevate the standard to include:

    • Ad sets
    • Landing pages
    • Blogs
    • Images
    • White papers
    • Case studies
    • Infographics
    • Video assets
    • Animation assets
    • Other Items you prioritize

    Qualifications & Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Relevant work experience in lieu of formal degree will also be considered.
    2. 7-10 years of experience in branding, graphic design, and video editing, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.
    3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software you may prefer.
    4. Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
    5. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of branding projects, graphic design work, and video editing.
    6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    7. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
    8. Experienced project owner, accountable and a source of creative wisdom
    9. Work within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Software Engineering, and/or advisory services is preferred.
    10. B2B technology experience is a PLUS, but not required.
