Responsibilities

You will integrate and optimize our software products in the IT landscape of our customers
You will coordinate the technical aspects of integration
You will work with the product development team to optimize our software components, databases, and processes
You will support our customers' operations during business hours with inquiries about our product and IT topics
You will act as a liaison between our customers, consulting team, and product development team

Requirements

A degree in computer science or a comparable education as an IT specialist - system integration
At least 2 years of experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office Suite, etc.
