We are currently looking for a temporary full-time hours/week = 100%) HISinOne System Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) is one of the leading research universities in Germany. As a reform-oriented campus university, it combines the entire spectrum of major scientific disciplines in one place. The dynamic interaction of subjects and academic cultures offers researchers and students alike special opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

The university is implementing a new campus management system. The introduction will affect many organizational areas and processes of the student life cycle. The technical basis is provided by the HISinONE system from HIS eG.

To set up and support the technical basis for HISinOne, the Department of Study and Teaching of the central operating unit IT.SERVICES is looking for a System Administrator to join the recently launched HISinOne implementation project at the earliest possible date.

  • Installation and configuration of all system components required for HISinOne
  • Maintenance and updates of HISinOne
  • Integration of thirdparty systems
  • Documentation of the system infrastructure
