    We're searching for motivated individuals keen on the dynamic Business Sales sector. Our goal is to have a sales team that excels in comprehending the needs of our business clients and collaborates effectively in a lively, inclusive work environment
    Specializing in telecommunications, we're currently collaborating with Empire Sales Group to bolster their Small to Medium Business Solutions Campaign in Florida
    Empire Sales Group, based in Florida, is a B2B sales firm operating in telecom, merchant, and business services, offering fantastic opportunities for a fulfilling career

    The Position:
    Proactively source leads and develop business through face-to-face prospecting.
    Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
    Maintain regular follow-ups with decision-makers to cultivate new business relationships.
    Schedule in-person business appointments.
    Continuously update and refine data in the sales prospect database.
    Convert outbound/inbound leads into paying business customers.
    Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and established KPIs.
    Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.

    Possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
    Prior Sales Experience is advantageous
    Aspires to advance within the B2B Sales and Marketing sector.
    Demonstrates innate leadership qualities.
