For the past 30 years, POLARIS Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH has been a family-owned company specializing in the planning, construction, and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.

With locations in Markkleeberg and Lausitz, we currently employ approximately 60 staff members who bring their expertise, reliability, and passion to meet the needs of our clients throughout Germany.

We are now looking for you to join our team: We are seeking a project manager (m/f/d) for refrigeration and air conditioning technology for our Markkleeberg location.

Responsibilities:

Independent management of projects in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning for commercial and industrial construction
Supervision of construction personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors
Timely and costeffective management of ongoing projects
Development and planning of projects for end customers

Qualifications:

Master's, technician's, or master craftsman's degree or vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) for refrigeration and air conditioning technology
Good knowledge of the industry and relevant work experience preferred
Independent, responsible, and teamoriented work style
Strong communication and negotiation skills
