We are looking for a Trainee Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Argentum Care Group to start as soon as possible
nationwide.

What you will be doing

As a Regional Manager (m/f/d), it is your personal responsibility to work together with the facility managers to ensure and continuously develop our nursing and care services - because we strive to create the highest quality of care in Germany.


  • Overall economic and organizational responsibility for our locations
  • Coordination of daytoday operations as well as planning and management of resources
  • Trusting, transparent, respectful, and performanceenhancing personnel management
  • Development of new business areas and regional networks in the healthcare sector
  • Optimization and further development of crossdepartmental and crosslocation processes
