Van's Pig Stands, a beloved local BBQ chain, is looking for two Assistant Managers who are energetic, team-oriented, and ready to lead in a fast-paced restaurant setting.     Job Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience as a shift leader or manager in the restaurant industry.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a positive, productive workplace.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and lift over 40 pounds as a hands-on manager.
    • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and improve front-of-house and kitchen operations.
    • Uphold our high standards of food quality and presentation.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Train and mentor staff to excel in their roles.
    • Engage positively with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
    • Balance high-quality service with effective cost management.

    Additional Duties:

    • Help recruit, train, and retain staff to ensure operational excellence.
    • Support the Store Manager and undertake managerial tasks as needed.
