Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Assist the Store Manager in daily activities and operational tasks
  • Train and develop new hires on store policies and procedures
  • Conduct interviews for potential new team members
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms
  • Assist in recruiting efforts to maintain adequate staffing levels

Experience:


  • Previous experience in retail management is preferred
  • Proficiency in training development and employee supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Ability to oversee store operations, including stock management
  • Experience in administrative tasks and recordkeeping
  • Proficient in negotiating with suppliers or vendors
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices to attract top talent

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
